  • As the Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) Account Manager, Marc is responsible for liaising with KBR on a regular basis to ensure that they are satisfied with the level of service being provided on their networks. He is also responsible for ensuring that any requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and and in a timely manner. Marc is responsible for looking after KBR in areas as diverse as Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

  • Martin is responsible for the delivery, support and maintenance of the present Hermes ‘service management’ arrangements. He manages service deliverables between Account Managers and customers from a project point of view, schedules resources and time management of the engineering team, acts as a local point of reference/guidance for the MEHD Team-Leader and identifies the necessary interfacing required with customer support arrangements, amongst other things.

  •  Darran is the Head of Engineering for Hermes Middle East. On one hand, he is responsible for building and improving engineering capabilities and standards throughout the region.   • As Technical Project Manager Middle East, Vincent’s main role is to support the existing sites in the Iraq region. He is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the remote sites and coordinating with the Hermes Iraq engineering team to ensure  standards, and procedures are carried out to the highest level. Vincent is also the project lead for all new BP projects in Iraq and assists the sales team with any new business proposals in the region.

  • Ammar is be based in Basra with occasional visits to other Middle East destinations. He is responsible for developing and progressing the Hermes Iraq office in order to most effectively support customer and overall business needs in the region. Ammar is also responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects, developing engineering solutions, support and troubleshooting. He is responsible for maintaining, monitoring and improving Hermes quality standards in Iraq.
