Disaster Recovery

Emergencies happen, and planning is the only way to minimise their impact on your operations.

Our approach to disaster recovery is based on assessment of the risks and their impacts, which we carry out jointly with you. Then we look for weaknesses in the system, and identify options which balance costs with risks.

Wherever possible we build robustness and resilience into your systems, dual routing where feasible. Often a lot of extra security can be gained for relatively small additional cost.

Then we install, maintain and test the systems. Frequent testing is the key to ensuring that they will be there when you need them.

And, if the worst happens, we mobilise our local and international team to get systems restored as quickly as possible. Then we learn the lessons.
