Our philosophy is to deploy tried and proven solutions that we know will work reliably backed by Hermes engineering team here in Libya and our UK network control centre.  We maintain a complete spares inventory in county to ensure in the unlikely event there is a failure we are able to respond quickly and repair the fault with the minimum of link downtime. Our engineering team is standing by 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist with network related issues. We know and understand the difficulties of operating in remote environments and we stand with our customers providing all the assistance we possibly can.
