Hermes exhibits at The Offshore Communications Conference, Houston, Texas
November 2009
Hermes joined other exhibitors representing the O&G communication providers at the Offshore Communications Conference held in Houston, Texas on 3rd-5th November 2009. Offshore Communications representatives explain "The goal of the conference is to present solutions to the end-user, regardless of the technology behind the solution-satellite, wireless, hybrid, fiber, etc. And also address the challenges that come with implementing and operating any communications network - interoperability, security, cost containment, scalability".

The Offshore Communications Conference focuses on the communication needs for the offshore oil and gas, shipping and maritime markets. Hermes exhibition will focus on the worldwide presence Hermes has in providing communications for the Oil & Gas sector and particularly the offshore market.
Giles Middleton, Hermes Commercial Director, boasts "Hermes is now providing services in 26 countries, and has established the capability to provide services in another 25. Together these countries include 88% of the world's oil reserves and 92% of the world's gas reserves and the exhibition is an ideal opportunity to showcase these areas to key players in the oil & gas industry".
Charles Cox, Chief Operating Officer U.S.A explained before the conference "We are looking forward to exhibiting at the conference as it is a perfect opportunity to expose Hermes to energy companies who require worldwide communications in challenging environments. In doing so, we are confident we can prove ourselves as the better solution when choosing your communication provider".
Giles Middleton and Charles Cox will both be available at the exhibition for any queries. Natalia Alexeeva, Senior Account Manager, Russia, will also be available at the exhibition. Please come and visit us at booth number 50.
