Hermes awarded contract by KBR for work in Pakistan

Hermes has won a contract by KBR to provide a communications network for a project in Pakistan. Hermes is now providing services to sites in 26 countries, and has established the capability to provide service in another 25. Together these countries include 88% of the world's oil reserves and 92% of the world's gas reserves.
KBR is a global engineering, construction and services company supporting the energy, hydrocarbon, government services and civil infrastructure sectors. The company offers a wide range of services through its Downstream, Government and Infrastructure, Services, Technology, Upstream and Ventures business segments.
Hermes will be providing KBR with a network which will provide communications from their contruction site in Pakistan to their global network in the UK. The contract is for 2 years.
