New contract for Hermes Datacomms USA

March 2009

Hermes Datacomms USA has just won a contract for a major international drilling company in Houston, Texas to provide Teleport support for their VSAT operations.

Hermes Partner Teleport will provide leased space as well as a 5.5 metre antenna for operations. The coverage will be for our client's offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico as well as its land rigs in Mexico and Columbia. This contract is in addition to the support we currently provide our client in Kazakhstan, Algeria and Russia.

Our Chief Operating Officer of Hermes Datacomms USA, Charles R.Cox Jr says "Parker and Hermes share a mutually inclusive relationship that has existed since 2001. We take special pride in supporting this type of customers' unique operating requirements throughout the world".
