All our networks are designed to support voice, and we will work with you to ensure that voice services are delivered effectively

Assuring voice Quality – without wasting bandwidth...

• We manage the bandwidth on the link so that voice calls are always supported, but bandwidth not in use for voice is available for data transmission.

Providing and managing voice connections and PBXs 

• We can provide conventional voice interfaces for connection to your PBXs and/or phones/faxes at site.
• For many clients we provide and support one or more PBXs delivering features such as voicemail and autoattendant.
• PBXs are managed remotely across the network, so that moves, adds and changes to extensions can be done quickly and at minimal costs. Onsite support is available for hardware support where required.

Voice Networking

Hermes also provides integrated voice networks. We help you to set up a simple integrated dialplan across the organisation, and ensure that calls are carried efficiently and economically. The following diagram illustrates a Hermes voice network.
